⇒ Exchange of experiences and information with similar national, regional and international institutes, centers and organizations to expand the knowledge base in water research.

⇒ Human Capacity building of all sectors and departments related to the water resources use in accordance with the national water policy.

⇒ Provide technical consultancy related to water projects and research.
