Technical and administrative responsibilities of all the activities are summarized as follows:

         -  daily follow-up of all HRC units’ different activities and works

         -  preparation of financial budget and plans

         -  preparation of periodic progress reports and annual reports

         -  follow-up the organized and carried –out capacity building programs

         -  preparation of maintenance and rehabilitation plans and follow-up the implementation of such plans

         -  participation in the different HRC  activities (seminars, workshops, technical meetings …. Etc. ) outside the center
